Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram celebrity was born on 15th August 1994, in USA. Ashley hasn't talked about her parents much, but has said that her body-building father is one of the reasons she likes exercising. Ashley started swimming when she was four. In the following 10 years she continued taking classes. There were many competitions she participated in however she was not as committed because she was not ready to adhere to strict diet in order that her body was able to perform all it can. The attractive look of her and curvy physique made her popular when she was in highschool. But it is unknown if Ashley ever dated someone at the time. Ashley chose to concentrate her efforts in becoming a fitness trainer and model following her graduation. Ashley was 15 years old when she realized that she wasn't satisfied with the way her body looked. Following being urged to go to the gym by her grandfather Ashley began to work out. However, she followed his advice in starting off slowly. Ashley attended the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014, and finished 7th. This was an inspiration to her to train harder. Ashley returned to the 2015. WBFF World Championships where she won 5th place. Once this competition ended, Ashley made the decision that she did not want to participate. When she was still competing in tournaments, she would receive offers of photography shoots. But she didn't wish to combine her careers. Once she had retired from competition and quit, she started working as a fitness-model. The front cover of one of the most popular fitness magazines launched her career as a fitness models. Since then, she has become an internationally renowned model and has worked for countless bikini labels and world-renowned clothing firms.
